Simply use our spare parts form to place your order. For this we need the exact model, serial number of your binoculars and your exact address.
Note: Depending on the model, however, it may happen that not all spare parts can be sent and instead have to be exchanged at our factory in Bayreuth. If this is the case, we will contact you and inform you accordingly.
